I have worked here since 2021, the managers at all levels i have interacted with have been great. The TL's and staff members in my campaign are also great and we all want the campaign to do well.

Open honesty, people can say what they think and feel
What do you like best about the leadership team?
you can have an open and honest conversation with them regarding issues and concerns. Solutions are discussed and offered and they are there to support at all levels.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are just that, a team. Everyone supports each other and works well together. My Team Leaders are exceptional and are the true backbone of my campaign.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am very target driven and when I see that we are achieving or improving in our performance it make me happy to see everyone working to achieve the same goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Teleperformance is a low salary company. We have no Group Income Protection to support staff with long term illnesses get well and get back into work, I think this should be considered and can be provided by Unum. Pay rises are not linked to performance. TL's are not paid enough for what they do.
