I took the role as a stop gap when i was made redundant form another company, i enjoy the work and the team environment but am very unsure about how i will progress in the company and build my life around a career here

not micromangaged amd a relaxed environment
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
not very much variation, not much reward or recognition
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
visibility - i have very little idea of who they are/ what they are working on so am unable to answer these questions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
paid market average wage for the role i do, enhanced sick, maternity and paternity options to allow for a comfortable career with the company. parking in city centre very expensive. no bonus scheme. very basic compensation.
