I have worked here for 2.5 years - on the whole I have enjoyed my role but the last few months have been challenging because of a new manage who to be honest manages in a bullying way and I am not comfortable with that. I have raised this with my seniors.

Some of the team are great and focus on job others don't care
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We get paid slightly above minimum wage for doing a job with a lot of responsibility - we need paid more
