It's been a fruitful year for me and I experienced tons of learning and even got a promotion. Looking back, it is a great opportunity that I highly value. I just hope that the company will embrace new innovation especially in terms of technology so we can be at par with our company and industries.

Even with pressure and shortcomings, there is empathy and shared compassion within my colleagues and fellow frontlines.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive facet in the company is the valued training and knowledge that the leaders share. They are good in grooming their newbies to become efficient and reliable employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's entirely personal but stress and burnout is taking over. As a person, I really can't function well if I am in great distress plus the pressure of the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees should be paid fair and rate should be competitive given the height of inflation today. For supports, compensation is a great challenge for us as we are greatly affected by the cost-cut and offers are only at the minimum level as per market value.
