I can say fair. have thought of leaving several times but TP is my home. TP is my comfort zone. It is difficult to leave my leaders who are caring and compassionate. Also my team who I learned to care for as well.

Teamwork. Everybody wants to be a team players even though there are challenges.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It’s really not for me alone. I just feel the people in the frontline deserves a greater share of the pie. Agents and Supervisors are not getting competitive salary packages. This is why TP becomes a training ground as they leave and apply
