It's really the people and the growth TP offers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership always pushes us to strive to be the best version of ourselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very transparent with each other. There may be gaps but we're not afraid to talk to it out and sort some issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I handle 6 different LOBs and multiple sites. There are 3 different clients that I am engaged with that have different concerns and different expectations. The rate didn't change or there's no increase.
