It was great at first since I am really grateful that Teleperformance give me the opportunity to work and build a career but when it comes to the co-worker and some people who have authority are kind of not good at handling since they do not do a proper action for the disputes and incentives.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They always talk about someone's personal lives, and they belittled someone's appearance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think the only thing that they can make is to give the incentives that the people worked for and try to avoid disputes because I know that they cannot do something about the toxicity of other employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's because of the incentives that they promise that I would get is still not processed and I feel like they don't care if you are sick or not. I kind of feel that they don't prioritize health at all.
