Overall is is a rewarding experience. A lot of incentives or opportunities have been taken away due to cost cutting. I think growth in Teleperformance has been severely limited due to changes made recently. Cutting cost does not mean you also remove benefits and opporturnities for employees.

The culture is mostly positive in a sense that everyone wants you to grow not just in terms of your job but person as a whole
