No discriminations. Our company are giving opportunities to all.

They still allow us to still work from home. Less pressure and less hassle in travelling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm with the company for 10 years but compensation wise most of the new hire are getting much higher paid that I got.
