Years went by too fast but there were things i wanna learn but i dont have time to spare to learn them. Wanna go on trainings but ops tasks are more important than my personal growth.

i dont care about company culture its the personal values of people i work with.

we can talk about anything under the say i can deliver bad company news without being judged
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
competitive package. Willing to let go of tenured contributors and offered new hires competitive package, i dont get the logic
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When i say leaders i meant those who have face time with me. People who talks to me. Leaders who do not contribute to my well being, leaders i have not felt their presence, decision makers i have not seen or heard of are not counted here. I like it when cms directors teach & show me how to do things
