Neutral. Your management have never made me amazed of what they are doing. They always have a lot of lapses. I believe they need to be trained more. TP link is a helpful tool, but the people working behind it aren't worthy of their position. They acknowledging things they don't understand.

Aside from having quality friends here that I have built, I can't think of any positive culture and environment in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We only have one allowance in this company. Which, in different companies they provide number of allowances for their employees and good amount aside from their basic salary.
