I am part of the JPMC for Claims. So far, I am good with the overall experience I have gone through, the processing of documents were hard but it was satisfying after completing and I am happy to be able to process this steps with newly found workmates and friends.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being physically present at work. I am currently residing at Lapu-Lapu City. And to be there physically present and not late is enough joy for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well, I am glad to have avail my government ID's as well them being the one processing my TIN and the salary package which includes many benefits after 90 days of tenure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are diverse but when we are in the training room, it feels like family and that they will always have your back and they do explain things that are unfamiliar to you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of valuing connection. That is one of the things I am trying to adapt now. The environment is very peaceful as well as some hired employees do took care of us, new hires, which I am grateful for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well, for starters I am a new hire and it's been a great experience for me to undergo processes in orderly manner as well as them guiding us and instructing us how to do things without them performing to be understood because they explain it in the simplest way possible as well as understable.
