So far im sill at the training part of my journey in TP. Hoping to have the best training i could have..considering this would be my first.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They act as a leader not as a boss
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The allowances and the basic apy is enough fornthe fresher like me
What are some of the best things about your team?
This would be my first time to be in a team. Im expecting and hoping to be as engaging and as one/unity as it would be. Helping and understanding each other would be best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
To be honest, i don't have any idea yet. Though i would be expecting my company to be as generous of help/assitance, patient to us newbies and would provide the best training for us so I/we could excel in our work.
