Everything went smoothly fast. The focal people effectively manage everyone else. The process was orderly and everyone knows what's going and where they should go. It's fascinating to see all of those things unfold.

Again it is the vibes. You'd find it relatively easy to talk and interact with everyone because everyone seems approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing here is that everyone is welcomed and everyone. The mentors do a good job guiding the trainees and the trainees listen and execute.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well it is the night differentials. I feel good that the company recognizes the difficulties of working graveyard so they alleviate it by giving fairly good night differentials.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I guess it's the vibes. Although we don't know each other, everyone seems to be approachable and welcoming. Everyone radiates good energy and learning with them seems fun because everyone is having fun.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am at my happiest when I am learning. It feels good when you learn something new with the people who feels positive in learning as well. Everything is new to me so everything feels exciting.
