It's still my first day so I still have little to say. But being able to enter the office earlier made me feel like I'm in the right place. and I hope it doesn't go in the other direction.

I just met them today but I can already tell I'd get along well with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my trainer specifically. She engages us, the trainees, so well. She doesn't give the vibes of being more superior than us, rather she's making us understand what level we are and what we need to do in order to grow while doing our obligations in the company.
