It is my first bpo job but I will recommend it to my friends who are looking for jobs since I know that this company serves their employees well and best.

I feel so welcomed being in the team. So accomodating too.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my co-workers happy doing the trainings and later on the jobs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While still in probation, we have rice allowance and minimum wage. Which is nice being a newbie.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive thing is that even though there are lacking of equipments, we still managed to do our works since we help each other by taking turns on our PCs.
