Teleperformance is my third bpo company and i can see that its also an fast paced environment and good for newbies. Its our 2nd week of training under target account, and as what I've observed during the entire process, its good cause its very comfortable ,safe and great company.

Leadership means unity and allowing everyone to share their opinion, an opinion that can be used as a benefit of a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a new hires the compensation is good and what's the best part about it is the incentives and obcourse the daily rate itself and the night diff.
What makes you most happy at work?
One thing that makes me happy at work is my friends and the new knowledge we can learn .im happy to be at work with my friends but at the same time we learned.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me the most positive culture is how fast you can adapt to your new company, we will able to know the history of teleperformance and the environment seems good, youll comfortable and free to express yourself.
