relatable, team work, empath, and understanding one another.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

fun moments in the production floor to keep us entertained while doing our work, helping one another if you're having trouble with the process.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

because by stopping the line of business un the middle of june and expect from your agents to get high satisfaction survey to get an incentives seems like power tripping to me. this is just my opinion.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

how the local management manage their expectations from their employees especially in surveys. How can an agent have a positive survey without proactively asking the customers for their feedback? your suffocating your employees. do better, hear our feedback as well as your employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

care for their employees. we are not robots. we have feelings and mouths to feed not only them. it would be a great help if the incentives and pay releases early not in 6pm in the evening or not releasing the incentives as communicated bms communications.
