So my overall experience in my current company exceeded my expectations. I was expecting for a terror leaders but I was welcomed with an understanding, very kind and respectful leader given their status, all of them treat us equally. In conclusion, they're all professionals.

The best part of my compensation package is the allowances and incentives.

What I like best about the leadership team is that "no one should be left behind" motto is being executed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They treat everyone with equal fairness no matter what your gender and culture is and most importantly, no matter who you are, you are treated with equal rights and professionalism.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm able to execute my work without any flaws and inconvenience as much as possible. Also I'm looking forward to learn new things which made me happy most of the time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I'm in is the best I've ever with so far and the trainer is very nice and clear with the instructions and lessons. As for my colleagues, they also share their knowledge on everything to everyone.
