The best part of the compensation package is it gives us fair payment for the service we rendered. And what makes it best also is the compensation is more than enough to what the tasks that has to be done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all flexible and open to different ideas and always eager to learn and adopt to it. And although sometimes tense, we still manage to overcome it through saying funny thoughts which is of course related to the tasks.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy when i get there ahead of the time and because of it i fell more positive and that positivity will go through until the end of my work. I feel satisfied that i did a great job everyday.

The most positive about the culture and environment of the company is its more on encouraging and aspiring employees and building relationships to applicants to pursue the jobs that it offers. It is more on upholding individuals to try and be confident.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What i like best about the leadership team is they welcome everyone whatever type of person you are as long you are willing to learn and follow company rules. They also encourage the employees to be stand out and speak up even to the most shy individuals. They are also open to different ideas.
