The salary hahaha. But really I like going to work because I have friends their.

The overall environment really. The work place are cool and cozy. My workmates are all friendly. My coach is fantastic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The rice allowance. Because as a filipino we need to eat rice every meal. And my basic salary is also quite good for me for someone who's new in bpo.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our coach is good to us. He's not hard on us and mean. I like that the hr team and the recruitment team are very approachable. Over all from the interview to first day of training, it was smooth and a great experience.
