Im enjoying right now. In training hours, Im able to converse freely with my co workers and ask questions related about work. I can freely enjoy the perks and facilities that the company we are authorized to. Overall I am satisfied.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't know about it because im still a trainee but if ever they have one. I hope it's absolutely satisfactory to the employee who will receive it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company offers free coffee, sleeping quarter and aside from that the company also let us interact with other employees no matter what rank they are in the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are nice,kind, some of them are respectful and some of them are kind. I hope that all of us will help each other when someone will ask for their help.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can escape for awhile my problem in the house and im happy to see each my handsome crushes at work HAHAHHAHAHA. It makes me happy also to see my new group friends. Being able to converse with then is enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is all about leading people under you towards success. You must be headstrong, able to have a long patience and guide your team members to achieve your goals. Being a leader is hard. All the decisions must be decided by you but with the help of your team it will be easy.
