Since my first day as trainee I really feel the warmth and very peaceful environment. I like how trainors are very hand off to their trainees. Trainors are very considerate to the newbie who doesn't have any experience yet.

the best part is that I get the compensation package that I deserve.

i like how they treat everyone fairly, they keep on motivating the team, encouraging to do theif best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the positive aboug the environment in the company is that they don't look their trainees too low, everyone is approachable.
