All in all, I'm still grateful to become a part of the company. It's my first job and they are open and welcome to people with no BPO experience as well. My journey has been a smooth sailing one , not until I got some issues on my payroll deductions. I hope for a better management for us as well.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We recently just got transferred to another LOB so I guess the best thing about it is we are kinda familiar with each other and now we're getting closer as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are some issues regarding with payroll deductions that are too complicated to be solved, hence, the reason why a lot of agents are leaving the workplace and look for a better opportunity.
