What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the most is the daily survey line wherein I am prompt to answer the question 'How do you feel' because it gives me way to openly express what I feel and it also offer counseling Incase I need one. It proves the willingness of the leaders to hear out their employees feelings and opinion.
