For now, since I am a new hired in the company. I don't have much experience in the company but one thing I noticed is that the employees their are friendly and approachable. The trainer is quite good they actually make sure that we trainees have knowledge after the training period end.

To see faces of my team during training and also happy to gain knowledge every lecture.

The best part of it as an retention account is to sell mobile phones to customer to get incentives.

What I like best is that as a leader in a team you'll now share your knowledge and motivate others in order for them to grow as and individual.
