I would describe my overall experience at our company as very fabulous because of its work-life balance environment, and the treatment of my teammates and mentors which makes us feel more comfortable and motivated to perform our task perfectly.

I like the very best about the leadership team is that they have a clear vision on how to help us newbies to become better everyday for the sake of the company and for the growth of ourselves.

I am mostly happy at our work because of the positive energy that's coming from our teammates especially our mentors who treat us all the same and teach us all that we need to know so that we can perform our task perfectly.

The most positive about the culture and environment at our company is that we are open in communicating with our teammates to ensure everyone knows the task and there's a reward system for those members who will be recognized by the management that did their very best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about our compensation package is that it provides health benefits for the sake of it's employees and it paid us fairly especially when you render overtime and work on holidays. And it also has bonuses and incentives to help us motivate in performing our task well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about our team is that we tag along pretty well even though we don't know each other's personalities yet and when someone has queries my other teammates don't hesitate to help so that everyone can finish the task and so that no one can feel that they will be left alone.
