WHEN I'M ABLE TO LEARN NEW THINGS AND APPLY IT ON WORK. I CAN PROVIDE A BETTER SERVICE TO THE COSTUMER AND HAVE A GOOD FEEDBACK TO THE COMPANY

they are very reliable kind of person. they help you when you were in need of assistance. they don't let each one of us down, we cheer up on each other
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
THEY ARE VERY COMPASSIONATE ABOUT THEIR WORK, IN THAT WAY THEY WERE ABLE TO ATTRACT US TO BE BETTER AT OUR JOB ALSO. THEY ARE VERY WELCOMING WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR EMPLOYEES.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they assisted us in everything we want to learn. They are willing to teach us regarding to the topic that we couldn't cope up. they have long patience in supporting us and if possible they review the things we tend to forgot especially on the process.
