For the span of my work life with TP the reason why I chose to be here is not because of the company but because of my colleagues. I wish the leaders pay more attention to their employees in a way that they make sure that they are heard and valued in all aspect.

Friendly and the only reason why we chose to stayed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The colleagues that's it! Other than that, we'll not be staying.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better at understanding and identifying why an employee who stays in the company for couple of year decided to leave.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Perks possibly. Employee engagements and more connection with the leaders. Make the employee feel that you are there to help and make them feel at peace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Probably I feel like we're being undervalued as we are not receiving the same compensation as other private companies (i.e., Salary differential, Christmas basket and such, Higher incentives, more engagements).
