The compaby has given me opportunities to grow as a professional. The people I worked with currently are very supportive of the initiatives and how I manage the team. I am allowed to try, fail, try, and succeed coupled with guidance on what we can do as next steps. I am proud to be part of TP.

Our company benefits is good. Esp for those legacy employees. We also treat each other with respect.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I am working with. I treat every day as a new day and new opportunity to succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We share struggles within the team. We share best practices. We don't talk a lot most of the time but it always feel like you belong to the team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have seen people in the same level paid higher than I do because some of them are external but doesn't really deliver what is expected from their role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My VP has high confidence in the work that I do. I am not perfect but he makes sure he gives me the necessary feedback to improve. He is never shy in complementing me and my teammates. He is proud to have us in his team.
