She went above and beyond with my interview, she's no longer there, but she did help a lot of us trough the interview process.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Zone and put items in their correct location and stop putting items where they don't belong because your team lead and coach are rushing you, that how the store become a hot mess.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They work you hard and don't even recognize your work ethics they just yell and scream and rush you, saying you working slow when you trying to do the job correctly
