Hands on training instead of all verbal assuming training.

Being treated less than a leader. Being treated less the average employee.

My associates are always willing to learn. Most of them that respect me as a leader.

Coaches not working together too divided. Under those circumstances it causes everyone under them to be divided l.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New Coach that has not been in that same environment(store) for years because they're not willing to change to better the new Walmart and how it is moving forward to help serve everyone customer.
