Very uñorganized and unprofessional as getting paid. Human resources is a big disappointment and totally understaffed. Also I did not receive any information asto the protocol being followed when si am sick. I have not gotten paid in about a month. My Mom has cancer and becuz I did not get paid

Actually getting paid or even getting a response from mgmt that is not a lie.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Having the proper training so new employees like myself r not misjudged due to lack of coworkers knowing something as simple as how to / answer a company line without lying
