What did you like most about the interview process?
Mostly online. I got a good word in tho because my Mom works here as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are good co workers there and my team lead is good. But theres also bad co workers and mostly bad management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although I'm thankful for my Hourly Wage, it's obvious that they're getting more stingy about employment hours because of the higher company minimum wage.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Consistency. One minute they tell us to do everything as fast as possible, the next minute the blame us for not doing it right. Can't be both.
