Company boasts about "team involvement" but dont listen to actual obstacles to complete tasks. Anytime you go above and beyond in your role it becomes your individual expectation - meanwhile your team mate is hiding in the steel getting the same pay and the same yearly pay increase.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Walmart is all about appeasing shareholders profits. They do not make decisions based on the community they are serving. Walmart is too big a company and employs too many people to run the business the way they do. scaling down salaried responsibility instead of chasing numbers would be more solid.
