What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I'm a CSM. We are constantly understaffed period we get very little support from management. I feel like an army of One.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our managers and co-manager benefits that managers are very young. They seem to have very little training in the HR aspects of their job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel like management in general is out of touch with the Associates. They come up with these Grand plans but the execution is poor
