Ill say this gently; we are abused and beaten down by this company. Grievances go un resolved. Repairs for safety and health hazards go unfixed or resolved. We get belittled by management. We are lied to about different polcies. Scheduled outside of availability. Overall worse company ive ever worke
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Id feel better if i was compensated more fairly. I feel my work goes unnoticed and only get barked at for things i dont do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are all great people. We chat, laugh and get stuff done together. We help each other when needed. Its the management thats the problem. They get away with everything
