What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to treat employees with dignity and integrity. They should not be disrespectful and demeaning when assigning tasks and giving feedback. Lacking in basic management and social skills for sure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay. They increased it for many but then forced higher paying people to take less hours or pushed them into lower paying positions. The inequity, considering some jobs are physically more difficult and very few will do it for less. Also, they lack transparency/ in fact, I was deceived re:job
