The work policies are everchanging and new systems are introduced and thrown out at a whim, management in my facility atleast is notorious for quietly moving staff from full time to part time without warning (You will still have fulltime hours but lose all vacation & sick leave) overall terrible.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Horrendous response time expect months of silence.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. understanding work conditions. Honesty, Cooperation. The whole system needs a complete rework.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hardly anything. Once again overnights is rough. People are rude due to lack of healthy sleep, and a depressing atmosphere is looming constantly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Violence in the workplace is a risk for overnight. Isolated working conditions (1 person, 1 aisle normally.) creates alienation and no communication in the workplace.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers are finding the experiences with associates terrible. No sides to blame but management. Workers are overworked and having constant policy change keeping the work enviroment unstable and stressful rubbing off on employee/customer interactions.
