Overall all experience is ok, benefits a good, some very few hard working people that try to run a store with many people who care less. Toxic environment and work culture. Skills you may develope can be uaed in any retail environment so learnwhat you can and then roll out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicate with each other and less ia more, meaning less managers and less levels within a store. Having 4 levels in a storejust makes communication even more difficult.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers would benefit from not bringing their drama and personal lives into the workplace, keeping in mind that work is the focus. Communication about what we need to get done instead of what "who and who heard" would benefit the effectiveness of the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Walmart undervalues hard workers and pays people the same. So the person wasting half their shift gets paid the same as the person working. The person working just gets more and more work with the same amount of a raise as thise not working. Pay the hard workers better and appreciate what they do.
