Bad, there is a coach named Marty Young at store 2956 that doesn't know what he is doing and uses a bullying method on associates to make them do what he wants them to do. Also most coaches are terrible at their jobs and make associates lives miserable.

Fellow associates help each other out when asked.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to direct other associates, and the community I work for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They match 401k and also provide us with stock options if we wish to invest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are able to communicate with one another and complete tasks in a timely manner.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to fire Marty Young he is dragging his departments down and ruining team moral wherever he goes.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was called on the phone and pretty much offered the job and there was no cat and mouse having to see what they would reply.
