Great team associates.Helpful.Trains new employees.Very knowlegable. HR has poor orientation process.As team we are a family.They translate for our customers who don't speak English they should be compensated for this.We are a United Nations if employees.We make our job our own.We laugh and talk .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay.Compliments on jobs well done cost if living increase.Compensation for those if us that speak other languages than English.Better holiday foods for celebrations on all shifts.One day we had Coco only No cookies.No snack trays of cheese, crackers or fruit.A better choice of caters for all
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better introduction of their title and job discriptiion to new hirees.Be excited about the new hires. Not so judgemental.Respect to all.Not talk down to individuals. These at some bad traits if the managers. I work with a great team of associates,but bad mangers. They encourage us managers complain.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had interview with produce.She was very positive and was looking forward to me coming on board Great listener. My second was not the same.I was placed at a computer introduced to the lead.No explanation or info on how to cirect time sheets, penalties for early clock in or out. Or point system.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We smile and are glad to see each other We make our job our owns.More concern for each others health and well fair.Sometimes a smile , a hug and laughter can be great and a good incentive to enjoy your.job.Kindness goes a long way.Especially with the younger employees They feel valued. And they work
