Terrible management toxic environment not trained to do anything excepted to do like 3-4 people work in like a hour then get in trouble when I can't keep up terribly inconsistent hours constant hour cutting so Manger can get their bonus not understanding to employees at all

I haven't been happy at work for a long time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lack of training lack of guidance lack of staffing work loads to heavy not being so toxic breaking labor laws
What did you like most about the interview process?
They just asked what hours u wanted to work didnt even care about anything else didn't ask any other questions
