I am pleased to work at Walmart; however, my current position is not a great fit for me. HR is helping me obtain a better fit, even if that means a transfer. I absolutely want to continue rising in the company.

I love the HR department they are so supportive!!
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting along with others, doing a great job together, and reaching a successful end of the day. Teamwork is the best, the team I am on we work together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In my research, I have found there is a shortage of skilled workers. Many managers in my field are not people-friendly, and that makes for a hard day at work. I hope to change that by continuing my education and rising in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my co-workers are the hardest-working people I know. I enjoy being around them on and off the job. There are a few that have learned how to avoid work through the entire shift, which makes it unfair to the hard-working class. I want to see that change!!
