There is to much drama as if we were in school instead of work.

I believe better communication as well as true team work, instead of everyone else being consumed with the drama we could be amazing

They would get better results if they would be willing to do the same things they asking us, instead of just delegating and not helping out.

We are constantly busy and short staffed, and the rate of pay is not even equal to the amount of work that is required of us.
