What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My manager needs to learn how to manage his stress more effectively without taking it out on the associates

They should do their fair share of extra work that needs to be completed outside of all of the normal work tasks
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work environment is so negative all of the time. I feel like the associates need to be appreciated more and compensated more fairly for their work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the insurance is too expensive and merit raises are no longer given within the company so I am not valued at the amount and quality of work I do.
