Relating and communicating with their employees. Just because you're in a higher position doesn't make you a better person than anyone else. Many have a problem keeping their feet on the ground. Granted, not everyone has this problem but quite a few.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're overworked and expected to do far more than we are paid for. It's one thing to go out of your way to keep things going smoothly, but it's another when they expect it all the time and take advantage of that.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I just wish more people were there to do their job properly and to help customers as best they can. A lot of the employees end up being high school kids who are only there for the paycheck. Heck, even some of the adults are looking that too. Minimal effort.
