Nobody talks and always doing something different. Never work together to get things done right

My team is lazy and have bad communication, and no leadership skill or any effort in team work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When working with certain people I was getting stuck doing someone else's job, and they get paid for being lazy. And management doesn't do anything. I would feel better if management were better and doing there jobs.
