What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to improve communication and respect for their employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People aren't respected at work and it creates an environment where nobody wants to be.

Most of my co workers are amazing people. However we do work with people that don't show respect.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a huge lack of respect. We also struggle with keeping employees so we are understaffed a lot which means we are expected to do the job of multiple people ourselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They raised the starting pay for new associates but are not compensating previous employees for the increase in starting pay. I'm a supervisor that has been with the company over 5 years and barely make more than people getting hired now.
