I would not recommend anyone applying for a job in this company now.. Especially the store I work for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to remember what its like to be paid hourly. And the true value of the customers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They play favorites to much. And promote people that have no clue how to perform the job they were hired for much less how to manage anyone else
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers will bully and belittle the hourly associates and try to force the department managers to do the same. If you don't then your job is threaten and you are wrote up
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The store needs a complete overall new Mangment team every one from csm thru regional. They need to stop sweeping the problems behind the door and face the problems. And stop bullying anyone that stands up to the managers.
